IPM-Net in collaboration with the University of Plymouth would like to invite you to attend the next FREE event which will take place in the Plymouth on 25th June 2007.

The Integrated Pollution Management Knowledge Transfer Network click here for website is currently in the process of developing a series of events across the UK, focused on supporting organisations seeking to develop and market innovative solutions to pollution issues and environmental technologies.

A fantastic opportunity!

This is a key event for any organisation wishing to develop and market innovative solutions across the environmental compartments of land, water and waste. Don’t miss out! This FREE event has a limited number of vacancies, so register as soon as possible to secure your place.

Workshop programme

The Innovation Day will start at 9:30am and finish at 4pm.

The day will be based upon a series of presentations from experts, these will include:

  • the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights; potential funding opportunities such as grants,
  • research and development tax credits; and avenues for sourcing additional finance from banks, and
  • business angels and venture capitalists.

One key benefit of the event is the afternoon ‘networking’ and ‘one-to-one’ advice session. In the ‘one-to-one’ meetings, specific concerns can be raised or more general advice sought regarding the development of innovative environmental solutions.
